I visited my friend and asked him what the best food here was. He only brought me to Korean restaurants. By the way, my friend lives in the United States. I was really surprised because of the quality and the number of Korean restaurant options. I felt like I was in South Korea. I was wondering why this place is so good and which Korean restaurants are the best.

Honestly, I didn’t know this was one of the biggest Korean towns. One commercial building seemed to be filled with only Korean stores and restaurants. People usually say the LA area has the best Korean town, and I thought so too, but I changed my mind after visiting here. Also, this town is newer than LA’s Koreatown—it’s so clean and modern.

As I said, if there’s no competition or no other options, the quality cannot be great because businesses don’t need to care. However, in this area, there are so many Korean restaurants. If you don’t like one, you have a lot of other options. So they must keep the quality high to stay in business.

Not only Korean BBQ, but also other types of restaurants such as Korean stews, Korean Chinese food, and even Korean karaoke spots. Some areas only have Korean BBQ, and sometimes I really miss certain Korean foods. But here, they have pretty much all types of Korean restaurants, and most of them still keep decent quality.

There are a couple of huge Korean grocery stores, so you can enjoy not only restaurant food but also Korean snacks. Some ramen that I cannot buy in my town is available here. Also, because of the import structure, Korean restaurants here can use high-quality ingredients.

There are also some fusion Korean restaurants. I even heard there’s a travel package just for eating Korean food in this area. If you want to really feel and eat good Korean food, you should visit. When I walked into a Korean restaurant here, I couldn’t even feel like I was in the United States. This area is Atlanta Korean town.
